JOB DESCRIPTION:

The eCommerce Senior Manager is to lead a team that builds and maintains e-commerce systems by working with Engineering managers & teams that include QA, OPS, DevOps & Developers.
The Senior Manager of eCommerce must come from the eCommerce space and have a strong technical background in full digital commerce stack including but not limited to eCommerce engineers. Challenges will include an ongoing strategic technology expansion; Onboarding and Team building; Vendor Management; Ability to transition the existing team to industry standard Engineering, Agile & DevOps practices; Ability to transform from reactive to proactive approach; Ability to partner with the business in assessing needs and managing expectations for engineering build solutions for as is and to be states; Ability to partner with Business, Infrastructure and IS leads to support value-creating technology development and ensuring high quality and performance of production systems. Technology stack can be learned but, must have a record of success in operationalizing and supporting a world class ecommerce operation as part of delivery.
The ideal candidate for the Senior Manager of e-Commerce position is results-oriented, organized, and analytical. It requires a proactive person with the ability to problem solve - often on the fly.
This person must be creative, pragmatic and focused with a strong delivery focus to rally teams for complex technical solutions delivery.
The Senior Manager of e-Commerce will interact and collaborate daily with an interdisciplinary team cutting across tech and business departments.

RESPONSIBILITES:
  • Plan and manage build team to support high volume business to business (B2B) eCommerce website.
  • Technical Guidance: You will provide technical leadership to a team of excellent software engineering managers, engineers(Dev, QA, OPS, DevOps), Scrum Masters & Business Analysts; this requires that you have the technical depth to make complex design decisions and the hands-on ability to lead by example
  • Execution and Delivery: You will be expected to instill and follow good software engineering development practices and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products by working with Engineering Manager and Application Architects. You should be familiar with agile practices as well as be able to adapt these to the needs of the business, with a constant focus on product quality.
  • Team management: You will be responsible for hiring and mentoring your team; helping individuals grow in their careers, having constant dialogue about their aspirations and sharing prompt, clear and actionable feedback about performance.
  • Ability to create strong teams and problem-solving mindset to high quality product delivery which ensures the availability, reliability and security of eCommerce sites
  • Works closely with the key business stakeholders, product owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts and agile team(s) to enable the delivery of critical features eCommerce platform
  • Create and execute team work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and priorities as well as provide oversight for project managers and team leads relative to same
  • Support an agile work environment to deliver programs while balancing time, cost and scope, ensuring end to end delivery management of ecommerce strategic initiatives
  • Ensure adequate release processes consistently performed to make certain new releases do not disturb the stability and function of the websites affected by supporting robust change and configuration management practices
  • Drive automation within eCommerce space across Dev, QA and Operations by collaborating with internal teams and partners.
  • Assess and address team skill and knowledge gaps to ensure the teams consistently have the knowledge, skills and experience to support eCommerce systems
  • Assist in managing service integrator and other technology vendor relationships.
  • Support the development of business cases, justifications, and cost-benefit analysis for IS spend.
  • Collaborate with architecture team in devising the best architecture and designs including an emphasis on availability, reliability, and security.
  • Support programs and projects Ecom B2B portfolio to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Make technology recommendations related to eCommerce environment.
  • Develop integrated processes across all eCommerce DevOps functions and collaborate with peers on processes for overall processes.
  • Ensure the development and maintenance of technical and operational process documentation.
  • Additional responsibilities as deemed necessary for the role.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • B Tech/BE in Computer Science or equivalent technical qualifications.
  • A total of 14-18 years of industry experience in delivering various ecommerce applications with packages like Oracle ATG Commerce, Endeca, SAP Hybris etc.
  • 3+ years of experience in similar roles building & supporting eCommerce package (Oracle ATG/SAP Hybris/WCS/Demandware) applications for B2B domain
  • 5+ years experience with Oracle eCommerce Suite (ATG/ Endeca/BCC) strongly preferred.
  • Should have good understanding of UI frameworks(Angular/ReactJS/NodeJS etc.) & integrations experience with Oracle ATG
  • Should have worked 1 or 2 full cycle B2B implementation project with ecommerce industry ecommerce packages like Oracle ATG Commerce, Endeca, SAP Hybris etc.
  • 6+ years experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • 3+ years of progressive staff management and development experience
  • Exposure to DevOps tools and solutions
  • Understanding of various cloud technologies a plus
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills, experience working in onshore/offsite model and ability to work well within a team
  • Technical aptitude and demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent understanding of data and systems relationships to drive decisions
  • Understanding of diverse application development practices (including both waterfall and agile methodologies) and various release management strategies

POSITION:

Senior Manager, Information Security

SECURITY ENGINEERING:
  • Lead projects to evaluate new tools, identify best fit solutions, and deploy them enterprise-wide.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging security tools and technologies.
  • Assess applicability for the CLIENT environment and propose optimal solutions.
  • Identify deployment milestones, dependencies, and manage project execution within committed timelines and budgets.
SECURITY ASSESSMENTS:
  • Lead activities to identify technical vulnerabilities through system, network, and application assessments, including penetration testing.

Minimum 15 years of experience in designing, evaluating, and implementing security tools, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.

EDUCATION:

Preferred certifications: CEH, Technical Certifications in AppSec, VA PT, Product-specific certifications, and experience in tools/solutions such as VA PT, AppSec, AV, CASB, IAM, Email security solutions, DLP, WAF, Firewall, Cloud Security solutions. Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will play a critical role in the continued growth and development of the organization. The CEO will have overall strategic vision and operational responsibility for staff, programs, fundraising, financial resource development, fiscal and budgetary management, expansion, community relations and execution of its mission. The CEO will have a large impact and focus on continuing to scale the organization. This role requires an individual who has the experience, personal network, creativity and energy needed to put company on an increasingly upward trajectory in terms of revenues, visibility and participants globally.

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The CEO will be responsible for the following areas:

Leadership & Management
  • Drive the impact the organization needs to move the needle on social justice for their community.
  • Ensure ongoing programming excellence, rigorous program evaluation, and consistent quality of finance and administration, fundraising, communications, and systems. Recommend timelines and resources needed to achieve the strategic goals.
  • Actively engage and energize company’s supporters, volunteers, Board of Directors and Board of Advisors, members, event committees, partnering organizations and funders.
  • Develop, maintain, and support a strong Board of Directors. Serve as ex-officio of each committee, seek and build Board involvement with strategic direction for both ongoing local programming and operations as well as for the national and online expansion. Work with Board to recruit new members.
  • Ensure effective systems to track scaling progress, and regularly evaluate program components, to measure successes that can be effectively communicated to the Board, funders and other constituents.
  • Responsible for the recruitment, employment and management of all personnel, both paid staff and volunteers. Ensures that sound human resource practices are in place.
  • Develop and maintain sound financial practices. Working with the finance & administration staff, Finance Committee and the Board, prepare the budget and see that the organization operates within budget guidelines.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide regular feedback to Board.
  • Together with the Board, lead strategic planning and implementation process of COMPANY’s five-year strategic plan.
Fundraising & Communications
  • With the Vice President of Development, expand companies fundraising strategy and capabilities to meet revenue growth goals.
  • Expand and enhance a diversified fundraising program which would include, but not be limited to, major individual giving, foundation, corporate, membership, in-kind and special events.
  • Management of existing and cultivation of new donor relationships.
  • Expand programming revenue generation, and corporate and foundation fundraising activities, to support existing program operations and global expansion.
  • Expand individual supporters in all geographies. Act as the lead spokesperson for company.
  • Deepen and refine all aspects of communications—from online presence to external relations with the goal of creating a stronger brand.
  • Use external presence and relationships to garner new opportunities.
Planning & New Business
  • Design further expansion and execute the five-year strategic planning process for program expansion into new markets.
  • Assure the organization has a long-range strategy which achieves its mission, and toward which it makes consistent and timely progress.
  • Build partnerships in new geographies, establishing relationships with the entrepreneurs, funders, and political and community leaders at each expansion site.
  • Create, implement and evaluate program initiatives that reflect the mission, vision and values of company.
QUALIFICATIONS:

All candidates should have proven leadership, coaching and relationship management experience. Expectations and other preferred qualifications include::

  • Track record of effectively leading and regionally and/or nationally scaling a performance and outcomes-based organization and staff. Ability to point to specific examples of having developed and operationalized strategies that have taken an organization to the next stage of growth. A minimum of 10 years of experience with five years of substantial management experience.
  • Strong track record of delivering and exceeding operational and financial results, building a superior team and developing strong relationships with external constituencies. Must be able to drive and manage change, be creative and possess a strong desire to win and passion to excel.
  • Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, adaptable and innovative approach to business planning.
  • Demonstrated skill and success in strategic planning, as well as execution of strategic plans.
  • Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people and effectively manage diverse points of view.
  • Excellence in organizational management with the ability to coach staff, manage, and develop high-performance teams, set and achieve strategic objectives, and manage a budget.
  • Unwavering commitment to quality programs and data-driven program evaluation.
  • Proven abilities in working with, and managing, a diverse Board of Directors – particularly in strategic planning, policymaking, fundraising, board development, board committees, etc.
  • The ability to engage and excite an audience – large or small – as a public speaker is required, as the CEO is often the public “face” of the organization across existing and emerging channels of communication.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent interpersonal and multidisciplinary project skills.
  • Proven ability to fundraise – particularly with corporations, foundations, high profile & high-net-worth individuals.
  • A passion for entrepreneurship – entrepreneurial experience preferable but not required. An understanding of the international landscape of entrepreneurship organizations is a major plus.
  • Strong marketing, public relations, and relationship building experience with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders and cultures.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and experience in budget management.
  • Proven track record of managing staff, including staff development, coaching and mentoring to grow staff into expanding roles and responsibilities. Ability to grow the team from 20 to 100 over the next five years.
  • Ability to persuade and motivate others, and to gain the respect and attention of the Board leadership and influential volunteers.
  • Solid financial management experience to ensure the financial wellbeing of a non-profit organization.
  • Experience in working with a large number of active volunteers is a plus.
  • Must have proven, strong communications skills, to become the spokesperson and advocate nationally for the company. Internal communications skills are equally as important.
EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your responsibility involves:

  • Providing thought leadership for the internal IT team (IT Infrastructure, ERP/ Microsoft Dynamics, Data Analytics).

Primary Purpose of Position

The purpose of this position is to manage most aspects of a branch operations with some assistance from the Retail Team Leader and/or Branch Administration. This position is accountable for the financial performance of the branch, customer satisfaction, branch policies, and procedures. This position also ensures adherence to all bank policies, objectives, and practices. Responsible for the maintenance and security of the branch facility and its contents. Support all daily operations of the branch, including, but not limited to, working rotating Saturdays and extended hour shifts.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Meets or exceeds thresholds for annual sales goals to be reviewed on a quarterly basis.
  • Aligns annual to team performance/goals.
  • Administers new products or programs including sales promotions and incentive programs, encouraging staff member participation, and to stimulate new growth.
  • Assists customers with account inquiries in a timely and accurate manner and performs all functions associated with account opening and maintenance as needed.
  • Counsels/documents and manages all branch employee performance issues and performance reviews.
