Our Company is actively recruiting a highly motivated individual to join our Client & Product Solutions (“CPS”) team as Chief Operating Officer and Regional Business Lead for India.

In this multi-faceted role, the individual hired will be a key leader as we continue to build and scale Mumbai as a strategic asset for the CPS business and broader firm. In partnership with both the Our Company and CPS COO teams, this individual will play a critical role in the management and operations of the CPS Mumbai (“CPSM”) team, while also acting as a thought partner and key player in driving the COO team’s strategic initiatives in the Region.

RESPONSIBILITES:
  • Drive Communication/Connectivity Across Regions:
  • Serve as a member of Our Company; Ensure communications and pertinent updates at India Enterprise level are disseminated effectively to the CPSM Team.
  • Develop expert level understanding of the CPS business (e.g., strategic objectives, global growth plans/priorities, business overviews, etc) in order to represent interests/strategies effectively.
  • Partner closely with various Enterprise Solutions teams (Compliance, Human Capital, COE Mumbai, etc) for region-specific messages and follow up.
  • Develop deep, trusted relationships with CPSM employees and global managers.
  • Team Strategy & Execution:
  • Support business leaders in aspects of team strategy to help drive efficiencies, scalability, technology and best practices.
  • Act as a thought partner and advisor to CPSM employees and global managers alike. Evaluate and champion the CPS team’s strategic priorities in India. This will include partnering with Global Leads on a variety of issues/challenges.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of junior COOs focused on CPS, based out of India (~4 FTEs). In addition, serve as primary or secondary manager for CPS Director level vertical leads. Provide oversight and leadership to CPSM team broadly, and maintain close connectivity with each global business lead across COO, DDE, DCR, Product Management, etc.
  • Champion Culture:
  • Partner with CPSM Leadership Team to lead efforts on culture, including but not limited to: Team building, cross-training, organizing/leading regular meetings, coordinating social events, citizenship/benevity efforts.
  • Project Management: Manage and drive key strategic projects and initiatives for the COO team in Mumbai.
  • Drive Operational Efficiency: Apply a disciplined, rigorous approach to all aspects of team operations.
  • Proactively identify areas that would benefit from additional process/procedure/discipline and bring the right people together to determine and implement solutions.
  • Establish a framework and protocols for communication and execute across the CPSM team.
  • Execute on ad hoc requests from senior management; examples include preparing communications, strategy updates and reporting.
  • Manage aspects of day-to-day operations (e.g., team communications, seating, org charts, team best practices, etc)
  • Act as centralized resource for office visit coordination to/from Mumbai. Help stakeholders understand visa situations/processes, etc. where needed.
  • Financial Management:
  • Active contributor to the annual planning and budgeting processes (comp and non-comp) with a focus on the India Region.
  • Partner with Human Capital and Global COOs on management of recruitment budget as well as headcount planning and prioritization.
  • Responsible for functional forecasting to ensure ongoing cost efficiency.
  • Meeting Coordination & Management: Oversee the organization, content creation and follow up for CPSM team meetings (local and global)
  • CPS Ambassador: A key element of the role is to understand and represent CPS at the India Enterprise level.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • 17+ years of prior experience within an investment bank, alternative asset management firm or other high caliber institution
  • Critical thinker with strong quantitative and analytical skills who expresses their thoughts and ideas clearly both in oral and written communications.
  • Team player and relationship builder with proven ability to work across business lines.

Our Company, is searching for a Principal, Enterprise Data Lead, to join its Enterprise Data Organization. The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion and curiosity for data in a leadership role and will demonstrate extensive experience working with similar financial services firms. As Principal, you will support the overall efforts to transform AGM into a data driven organization. Specifically, you will help to continue our journey to influence our data culture and establish best practices in our data evolution. You will be engaged in executing the Enterprise Data Strategy and associated data initiatives, designed to improve data across the organization. You will lead and support the execution of enterprise data projects leading to measurable business value and positive ROI.

RESPONSIBILITES:
  • Champion the adoption and execution of the Enterprise Data Strategy to continue our data journey.

We partner cross-functionally – and across regions – to enable the firm to successfully execute key strategic initiatives, to problem solve for complex objectives, and to provide expertise and resourcing for program/project management and process assessment/improvement.

Our Company is seeking a Transformation Management India Lead to join us as we seek to evolve our India organization from a shared services center into a source of transformation, scale and independent owner and driver of key processes and business initiatives for the Firm. This position will lead change management programs for large-scale projects impacting wider business processes, systems, technology, operational readiness and work collaboratively to deliver innovative and insightful solutions by designing change management strategies and approaches. A key area of focus is to ensure Our Company is building the core capabilities required from our India and APAC region to support our strategic (“5 yr”) business plans as articulated to our investors, regulators and external analysts. In this regard, the lead of this function will work closely with the Head of the India Office, senior executives across the region, as well as with global Enterprise Solutions and business leads to ensure close connectivity.

KEY DELIVERABLES:
  • Develop Strategic Transformation Book of Work – working with key Senior Stakeholders across the region, global business, and Global Head of Transformation to curate a high impact program of transformation activity geared to creating massive, durable scale from our India office. This will range from opportunistic strategic transactions through functional business process change opportunities.
  • Measure Success: Develop and monitor scorecards and other tools to measure success of all transformation initiatives tied to, as needed, technology investments.

RESPONSIBILITES:

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will play a critical role in the continued growth and development of the organization. The CEO will have overall strategic vision and operational responsibility for staff, programs, fundraising, financial resource development, fiscal and budgetary management, expansion, community relations and execution of its mission. The CEO will have a large impact and focus on continuing to scale the organization. This role requires an individual who has the experience, personal network, creativity and energy needed to put company on an increasingly upward trajectory in terms of revenues, visibility and participants globally.

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The CEO will be responsible for the following areas:

Leadership & Management
  • Drive the impact the organization needs to move the needle on social justice for their community.
  • Ensure ongoing programming excellence, rigorous program evaluation, and consistent quality of finance and administration, fundraising, communications, and systems. Recommend timelines and resources needed to achieve the strategic goals.
  • Actively engage and energize company’s supporters, volunteers, Board of Directors and Board of Advisors, members, event committees, partnering organizations and funders.
  • Develop, maintain, and support a strong Board of Directors. Serve as ex-officio of each committee, seek and build Board involvement with strategic direction for both ongoing local programming and operations as well as for the national and online expansion. Work with Board to recruit new members.
  • Ensure effective systems to track scaling progress, and regularly evaluate program components, to measure successes that can be effectively communicated to the Board, funders and other constituents.

  • Management of existing and cultivation of new donor relationships.

  • Expand individual supporters in all geographies. Act as the lead spokesperson for company.
  • Deepen and refine all aspects of communications—from online presence to external relations with the goal of creating a stronger brand.
  • Use external presence and relationships to garner new opportunities.
Planning & New Business
  • Design further expansion and execute the five-year strategic planning process for program expansion into new markets.
  • Assure the organization has a long-range strategy which achieves its mission, and toward which it makes consistent and timely progress.
  • Build partnerships in new geographies, establishing relationships with the entrepreneurs, funders, and political and community leaders at each expansion site.
  • Create, implement and evaluate program initiatives that reflect the mission, vision and values of company.
QUALIFICATIONS:

All candidates should have proven leadership, coaching and relationship management experience. Expectations and other preferred qualifications include::

  • Track record of effectively leading and regionally and/or nationally scaling a performance and outcomes-based organization and staff. Ability to point to specific examples of having developed and operationalized strategies that have taken an organization to the next stage of growth. A minimum of 10 years of experience with five years of substantial management experience.
  • Strong track record of delivering and exceeding operational and financial results, building a superior team and developing strong relationships with external constituencies. Must be able to drive and manage change, be creative and possess a strong desire to win and passion to excel.
  • Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, adaptable and innovative approach to business planning.

ABOUT THE JOB:

Your responsibility involves:

  • Providing thought leadership for the internal IT team (IT Infrastructure, ERP/ Microsoft Dynamics, Data Analytics).
  • Managing IT demands from senior business stakeholders - setting and managing their expectations, identifying needs and providing solutions. This includes participating in the executive board meeting, collaborating closely with the Chief Executive Officer and other executive board members.
